Dermaplaning + Chemical Peels Certifications

 

The Skin Resurfacing Bundle combines two professional skin resurfacing treatments: dermaplaning and superficial chemical peels.

 

Dermaplaning uses a sterile surgical blade to gently remove accumulated dead skin cells from the outermost layer of the skin along with fine vellus hair. Chemical peels use professionally selected exfoliating solutions to create controlled exfoliation at varying depths based on the product, formulation, and treatment goals.

 

Students complete training in both modalities and receive separate Dermaplaning and Chemical Peels certifications upon successful completion of the program.

 

Course Structure

Hybrid | Self-Paced Online Theory + In-Person Hands-On Training

This course combines online education with in-person clinical training. Students must complete the required online theory before attending their scheduled hands-on training.

Online Portion:
Students complete the course theory through the LVLAI student portal at their own pace. Online access is available for 12 months and includes video lessons, downloadable course materials, and knowledge assessments.

In-Person Training:
Hands-on training begins with a review of key concepts and instructor demonstrations, followed by supervised practical training in dermaplaning and superficial chemical peel treatments. Students will practice consultation, skin assessment, treatment preparation, proper technique, treatment selection, safety, and post-care.

Rescheduling of the in-person training date may incur additional fees.
